A remodeled courtyard style barn with 18 stalls, a large lounge, tack room, wash stalls, and two apartments. All the doors, windows, and siding has been replaced. Rubber mats were added in each stall as well as replaced pillars and foundation. Spanish cedar doors were added as well as a balcony.
